• Lab Ordering Platforms: Functional lab tests may be ordered through third-party lab ordering platforms such as Rupa Health and Evexia Diagnostics, among others. These platforms may collect personally identifiable information including your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and relevant health details, for the purpose of shipping test kits, processing payments, and delivering lab results. By purchasing or agreeing to functional lab testing services, you acknowledge and consent to this information being shared with those platforms. • Consultation Cancellations: Cancellations for consultations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
• Package Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a package after purchase, 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded for any unused services or products.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly at 100% of the service price.
• Refunds: All services and packages are non-refundable for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to use purchased services.
• Digital Product Refunds: All sales of digital products including, but not limited to, downloadable guides are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that these materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Dispute Resolution
